Senior Accountant
In this role, you are the sole accounting person, reporting to the CFO, and will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting operations, including entering journals, managing accounts receivable and payable, using financial technology systems, and other select accounting-related administration. The Senior Accountant ensures timely reconciliation and reporting of all financial statements and prepares financial analyses for CFO and other key stakeholders as requested; and maintains fiscal records. The Senior Accountant serves as the primary contact for internal staff on invoicing, bill payments, cash receipts and revenue, and budgets.
General Responsibilities:
- Perform month-end accounting close, including preparing, reviewing, and analyzing monthly financial statements according to GAAP.
- Perform monthly account reconciliations, and detailed financial information analysis to ensure all general ledger accounts are accurate and adequately supported.
- Create journal entries to record appropriate accruals, prepaid amounts, depreciation, amortization, and other financial transactions.
- Prepare various financial, accounting and managements reports as required.
- Accurately record all banking transactions and customer payments in the general ledger and spreadsheets and reconcile bank accounts.
- Record vendor invoices in the ERP system, print checks, send checks to vendors and file invoices and bills in accounts payable files.
- Issues customer invoices correctly and follows up on outstanding A/R
- Continually evaluates costs, identifies inefficiencies, and streamlines business processes to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Record fixed assets in the depreciation & accounting software to ensure assets are properly tracked, maintained, and depreciated in the accounting records.
- Processes bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time
- Prepares and submits monthly sales tax reports to municipalities
- Prepare year-end consolidated financial statements, cash flow, and footnotes for external auditors.
- Assist in the implementation and development of various management reports using ERP and various report-writing tools.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Perform other duties assigned that are related to the overall objectives of the position.
Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of U.S GAAP accounting principles and the ability to perform month-end close.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
- Minimum of five years of experience in accounting and some payroll processing
- Excellent computer knowledge & skills, with proficiency in MS office, QuickBooks, and ERP systems (Visual ERP and QuickBooks preferred).
- Ability to set goals, analytically solve problems and effectively accomplish position duties with efficiency, thoroughness and timely.
- Ability to multi-task priorities and projects effectively.
- Self-directed and self-motived with the ability to complete tasks with minimum supervision.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented, organized and high accuracy outcome with data.
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity and confidentiality
- Strong computer software skills with Excel, Word, and Outlook required.

Working Environment:
Office environment. While performing duties of this job, employee has prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
Job Type: Full-Time, Salary $95,000-$105,000 DOE
CNC Machine Operator
In this role, you will be a valuable part of our production team, ensuring our production quotas are met in a timely fashion while observing the highest standards of safety and quality. In this position you will be responsible for machining individual components into a finished product following established procedures on a Haas VFS, VF6, SL-20, as well as Lathe, Punch & Shear.
General Responsibilities:
- Interpreting Drawings and Blueprints:
CNC machinists analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to understand the requirements of a specific part or product. - Setting up CNC Machines:
This includes selecting the appropriate tools, fixtures, and attachments, and mounting them onto the machine. - Programming CNC Machines:
CNC machinists input programming instructions, such as tool paths, cutting speeds, and feed rates, into the machine’s control system. - Monitoring and Adjusting the Cutting Process:
They observe the machining process, making adjustments to ensure precision and accuracy. - Troubleshooting:
CNC machinists diagnose and resolve any issues that arise during machining, including mechanical or software problems. - Inspecting Finished Parts:
They inspect the finished parts for accuracy, dimensions, and surface finish to ensure they meet quality standards. - Maintaining Machines:
They perform routine maintenance tasks like cleaning, lubrication, and tool replacement to ensure the machine’s longevity. - Collaboration:
CNC machinists collaborate with engineers, designers, and supervisors to optimize manufacturing processes and improve product quality. - Ensuring Safety:
They adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
Assists the production manager on projects in the manufacturing department as needed.
Maintains a clean and orderly work environment according to safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Crane and forklift experience highly preferred.
- General metal fabrication experience highly preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic hand/power tool experience.
- Ability to follow instructions and read blue prints.
- Ability to handle small parts with precision and accuracy.
- Meticulous focus on quality and identifying potential errors.
- Familiarity with safety standards and PPE.
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged period of time
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must have U.S. work authorization.
Material and Equipment Directly Used: - Steel-toed boots and safety equipment as assigned by the production manager.
- Forklifts, and overhead cranes.
Working Environment:
Works in warehouse.

Production Assembler
In this role, you will be a valuable part of our production team, ensuring our production quotas are met in a timely fashion while observing the highest standards of safety and quality. This role will be responsible for assembling parts and components according to the company’s production standards. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent attention to detail.
General Responsibilities:
- Assemble parts and components according to guidelines set by the company
- Ensure that all assembly is carried out in a safe and efficient manner
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing equipment as needed
- Crating and unloading of product.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Monitor the quality of assembled parts and components
- Notify team members of any parts or components that are not up to quality standards
- Ensure that all parts and components are correctly labeled
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ assembling experience in heavy manufacturing/warehouse environment.
- Crane and forklift experience highly preferred.
- General metal assembly experience highly preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic hand/power tool experience
- Significant mechanical skills and proven attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and designs
- Familiarity with safety standards and PPE.
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged period of time
