Senior Accountant
In this role, you are the sole accounting person, reporting to the CFO, and will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting operations, including entering journals, managing accounts receivable and payable, using financial technology systems, and other select accounting-related administration. The Senior Accountant ensures timely reconciliation and reporting of all financial statements and prepares financial analyses for CFO and other key stakeholders as requested; and maintains fiscal records. The Senior Accountant serves as the primary contact for internal staff on invoicing, bill payments, cash receipts and revenue, and budgets.
General Responsibilities:
- Perform month-end accounting close, including preparing, reviewing, and analyzing monthly financial statements according to GAAP.
- Perform monthly account reconciliations, and detailed financial information analysis to ensure all general ledger accounts are accurate and adequately supported.
- Create journal entries to record appropriate accruals, prepaid amounts, depreciation, amortization, and other financial transactions.
- Prepare various financial, accounting and managements reports as required.
- Accurately record all banking transactions and customer payments in the general ledger and spreadsheets and reconcile bank accounts.
- Record vendor invoices in the ERP system, print checks, send checks to vendors and file invoices and bills in accounts payable files.
- Issues customer invoices correctly and follows up on outstanding A/R
- Continually evaluates costs, identifies inefficiencies, and streamlines business processes to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Record fixed assets in the depreciation & accounting software to ensure assets are properly tracked, maintained, and depreciated in the accounting records.
- Processes bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time
- Prepares and submits monthly sales tax reports to municipalities
- Prepare year-end consolidated financial statements, cash flow, and footnotes for external auditors.
- Assist in the implementation and development of various management reports using ERP and various report-writing tools.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Perform other duties assigned that are related to the overall objectives of the position.
Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of U.S GAAP accounting principles and the ability to perform month-end close.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
- Minimum of five years of experience in accounting and some payroll processing
- Excellent computer knowledge & skills, with proficiency in MS office, QuickBooks, and ERP systems (Visual ERP and QuickBooks preferred).
- Ability to set goals, analytically solve problems and effectively accomplish position duties with efficiency, thoroughness and timely.
- Ability to multi-task priorities and projects effectively.
- Self-directed and self-motived with the ability to complete tasks with minimum supervision.

Production Floater
In this role, you will be a valuable part of our production team. Your responsibility will be to assist the production staff as needed in assembly, machining, shipping and receiving. This involves working with production staff to make sure quality and production standards are met in a timely, accurate and safe manner. You will need to be reliable and punctual, able to perform multiple physical tasks. The Production Floater will provide front-line support for projects in required timelines and quality standards.
General Responsibilities:
- Works in any role necessary to ensure production of quality products on time
- Responds positively when assigned to a new team or position.
- Follows instructions on production or service orders, including the safe use of required tools.
- Assembles parts and fittings into sub-assemblies and installs using air, electric and hand tools.
- Measures and marks dimensions of parts to ensure a tight fit and a quality product.
- Adjusts, repairs, and re-works parts and assemblies to ensure proper operation.
- Open to learning new skills and pays attention to continuous improvement opportunities. Perform a variety of production tasks, including operating machinery, assembling components, and packaging finished products
- Assist in the setup and preparation of production equipment, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to safety protocols.
- Follow established production procedures and guidelines to ensure quality standards and efficiency
- Conduct quality checks on products and materials to identify any defects or deviations from specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment, tools, and materials
- Assist in material handling and inventory management, ensuring accurate documentation and proper storage

- Cross-train in different production roles and areas to provide support and fill in as needed

Mechanical Design Engineer
Job Summary:
In this role, you will be actively involved in projects from the quoting phase through design, manufacturing, and sustaining. You will be responsible for designing systems intended to move, lift, flip, roll, turn, and store steel and other materials. This role requires involvement in the planning, quoting, scheduling, design, procurement, and manufacturing of mechanical and electrical systems; while ensuring they meet customer requirements. You will work closely with the in-house manufacturing team to ensure that designs are cost-effective, manufacturable, and well-documented.
General Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients and design teams to determine mechanical applications and requirements.
- Work closely with sales to identify solutions to sales opportunities.
- Design equipment component parts with a focus on design for manufacturability; prepare machining and fabrication drawings, select purchased components; review existing designs for improvements; execute engineering change orders.
- Apply proper dimensioning and tolerancing principals to models, designs, and drawings.
- Perform stress analysis on structural components of various machines, both new and existing.
- Design complete industrial hydraulic systems.
- Work with the electrical team to assist in control panel design.
- Structure bills of materials and work orders to optimize flow of product through the shop.
- Managing project timelines, resources and budgets.
- Preparing technical reports, design documents, and operational manuals.
- Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in technology, design trends, and engineering best practices.
- Participate in and support quality control efforts and continuous process improvements.
- Other duties may be assigned by COO and or Lead Engineer.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a mechanical design engineer.
- Proficiency in both AutoCAD and Solidworks.
- Experience using ERP systems (Infor Visual preferred).
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Ability to complete a project from start to finish while multi-tasking.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing industrial control systems – both relay logic & PLC.
- Experience designing industrial hydraulic systems.
- Experience working in a small manufacturing environment.
- FEA experience.
- Experience in storage or conveyance design.
- Industrial electrical experience.
- Project/Product Management experience from inception to execution.

Industrial Millwright Service and Installation Technician
This position travels throughout the U.S and Canada for field installations-typically up to 21 days per month and assembles mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems for industrial equipment installations and retrofits. This is a hands-on position that requires the ability to work effectively and independently while in communication and collaborating with clients, manufacturing and sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
General Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales and manufacturing departments to plan, schedule,
- supervise, and conduct installations and service calls, both remote and on-site.
- Tests, troubleshoots, and repairs PLC-controlled and relay logic-controlled machinery and
equipment in-house or on-site. - Ensure every job is executed safely and completed according to the latest workplace safety
regulations, laws, and requirements. - Work with our ERP system (Visual Manufacturing) to process and monitor installation work orders,
purchasing, developing installation materials lists, shortages, and shipping. - Build and modify installation work orders using the ERP system by adding material cards,
operations, outsourcing, etc. - Review material, quantities, and production resources for jobs to ensure accuracy.
- Work with the Engineering department to correct any discrepancies.
- Generate purchasing requisitions for material and/or consumables as needed.
- Gather schematics, installation assembly drawings, and written materials for
reference on the job site.
Qualifications:
- This position requires a strong foundation in hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Ability to perform metal fabrication, welding, torching, grinding etc.
- Ability to operate with proficiency and safety, hand power tools and equipment.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Proficiency with forklift, crane, and rigging to set equipment safely
- Knowledge of mechanics and machine assembly and disassembly
- Diagnose problems and repair or replace machine parts
- High level of mechanical aptitude
- Extensive knowledge of machine functions and processes
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

- Four years of millwright experience
- Basic engineering skills are very beneficial
- Apprenticeship or experience in industrial maintenance
- Ability to speak Spanish
